Who needs one and what can I expect?
DOT physicals are required for anyone driving a commercial vehicle. These phyiscals ensure the drivers safety while operating a commercial vehicle, as well as the safety of all of those who are on the road. DOT physicals require completion of a detailed health history form followed a comprehensive physical examination. You can expect to spend 20-30 minutes in the office to complete this exam.
Sports Physicals
Who needs one and what can I expect?
Pre-participation sports physicals are required for both high school and college athelets. These exams require completion of a detailed health history form followed by a comprehensive physical exam. You can expect to spend about 20 minutes in the office to complete the exam.
Other Physicals
Upon request, other phyicals may be performed at Align Chiroproactic. Other exams may include: Pre-employment physicals, Camp physicals
